Counselling and Coaching

• Initial introductory telephone session up to 30 minutes

• Individual face to face session lasting 50 minutes  

​

• Family/Couple face to face sessions lasting 1hour 

​

• Skype session lasting 50 minutes 

​

• Email taking 1 hour to read and respond.

​

Each email answered within 7 days  (Each response will be at least 500 words)
